What you have there are the Command 003-20 incandescent tail lights. Although we do not have the incandescent replacement, we do have the LED version which is the # CE86FR. You will want to keep the lights the same way they are now with the brake light on the outer and the white light on the inner. These do not have a designation for driver or passenger side so all you need to do is flip it around to the correct orientation when you mount it.

You do not mention what the dimensions are on your current Jupiter lights, I searched online and from what I was able to find think they may be a similar 4-1/4" to 4-1/2" light. The # 328-K-58L34P9 requires a 3-3/8" diameter hole for mounting with overall dimensions of 4-1/4". It is a 2-wire design and is dimmable with compatible switch installed.

The rear axle will have an anti-sway bar like part # RM-1139-149 or # RM25VR that you'd be able to see just behind the rear axle. The Exact Center you were looking at would only be in the front and attached to the tie rod. The correct Exact center for your 2021 Jayco Alante 29S would be part # RM63RR.
